Urodzona w Górze, jest absolwentką Akademii Sztuk Pięknych w Poznaniu oraz Royal College of Art w Londynie. Obecnie współprowadzi Pracownię Praktyk i Badań Artystycznych na Uniwersytecie Artystycznym im. Magdaleny Abakanowicz w Poznaniu.
W swoich pracach łączy elementy biologiczne i industrialne, czerpiąc inspirację z ciał organicznych, obiektów mechanicznych oraz fragmentów architektury. Koncentruje się na tym, w jaki sposób architektura ucieleśnia struktury fizyczne i mentalne oraz jak struktury te przenikają do naszej tożsamości osobistej i społecznej. Porusza również kwestie mechanizmów kontroli oraz oddziaływania struktur władzy i systemów na jednostki i społeczności.
W najnowszych projektach rozszerza swoje działania o wymiar dźwiękowy. Opierając się na praktyce nagrań terenowych, traktuje dźwięk jako rezonującą i zmienną materię, która przepływa przez obiekty i przestrzenie tworzące instalację.
Born in Góra, she is a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań and the Royal College of Art in London. She currently co-runs the Studio of Artistic Practices and Research at the Magdalena Abakanowicz University of the Arts in Poznań.
In her work, she combines biological and industrial elements, drawing inspiration from organic bodies, mechanical objects, and fragments of architecture. She explores how architecture embodies physical and mental structures, and how these structures permeate our personal and social identities. Her practice also addresses mechanisms of control and the impact of power structures and systems on individuals and communities.
In her most recent projects, she has expanded her practice to include a sonic dimension. Drawing on field recording practices, she treats sound as a resonant and mutable matter that flows through the objects and spaces that make up an installation.
